Victorian Mother of Pearl Shell Hotel Counter Bell

Antique Hotel Counter Bell with original cold paint hand painted flower still in tact. This is very unusual for bells of this type and age. It has an alabaster base. Pushing down and releasing the spring-loaded wire loop creates a high, clean, long ring. The three mother-of-pearl shells are surrounded with brass flowers and grapes.
