Satin Glass Vase by Mt. Washington Burmese Glass Co.

Antique Satin Glass Vase. This vase was made by the Mt. Washington Burmese Glass Company, which developed Burmese glass in 1885. The glass was named by Queen Victoria because it reminded her of a sunset in Burma. This piece has a hand painted, enamel cherry blossom tree and gold gilt pheasant design. The bottom is marked with "G17" and is in excellent condition.

Measures approximately 13" tall by 8" wide.
